JUDGING PROCESS
Submissions open on the 25th January 2016 and close on 5th August 2016. Nominations will go to shortlist from 15th August 2016. The nominations will be independently adjudicated by an expert advisory panel. Submission is free of charge. CRITERIA OUTLINE How long has your company been offering apprenticeships? How many apprenticeships do you offer per year (for the past 3 years)? In which industry sector? Do you offer different levels of apprenticeships? Retention rate: How many go on to get a full time position? What is the typical length of career at your organisation? Recruitment strategy: How do you market your apprenticeships? How do applicants apply? Demographics: Age, diversity backgrounds? Any additional internal training? Additional benefits and services? External partnerships and additional information about how your company invests in young people? |
